fees

We have found that a onetime flat fee is much easier on the average consumer than charging an hourly rate that can spin out of control should the case become extremely litigation intensive or go to trial. We charge flat fees in all of our cases. The fee can be paid over time at as little as $250.00 per month. The typical flat fee depends on a number of factors, including the amount of the debt being sued for, the status of the case, and any pending deadlines when we are hired.

Our Average Fees Are:

Amount of Lawsuit Debt

Less than $2,500.00

$2,501.00 – $7,500.00

$7,501.00 – $10,000.00

$10,001.00 – $15,000.00

More than $15,000.00

Fee

$500.00

$750.00

$1,000.00

$1,250.00

$1,250.00 and up, lawsuit will be reviewed and applicable fee determined on a case by case basis.

The flat fee covers everything through trial, but does not cover an appeal or post-final judgment litigation. The fee may be paid out over a reasonable period of time. A discount will be given to repeat clients and to clients with multiple cases. All cases are subject to a final fee quote. The chart above is a guide, not an exact fee scale. We do not charge a percentage of the amount of debt that we save you. Our fees are fully disclosed up front – there will be no surprises.
