Hiring Process / Fees
I have found that a one
time up front flat fee is much easier on the average
consumer than charging an hourly rate that can spin out
of control should the case become extremely litigation
intensive or go to trial. Accordingly, most cases are
handled for a flat fee. The typical flat fee depends on
a number of factors, including the amount of the debt
being sued for. Our average fees are:

$1,250.00 and up, lawsuit will be reviewed and
applicable fee determined on a case by case
basis.

The flat fee covers everything through trial, but does
not cover an appeal or post-final judgment litigation.
The fee may be paid out over a reasonable period of
time. A discount will be given to repeat clients and to
clients with multiple cases. All cases are subject to a
final fee quote. The chart above is a guide, not an
exact fee scale. We do not charge a percentage of the
amount of debt that we save you. Our fees are fully
disclosed up front – there will be no surprises.
Once we have had the chance to visit, I will ask that
you either fax or scan and email me a copy of the
lawsuit that you have been served with. After reviewing
the suit and taking into consideration all relevant
factors, I will quote you my flat fee for defending your
case.
